Sign up to receive email updates from United Home Care Workers of PennsylvaniaPennsylvania’s seniors and people with disabilities deserve access to quality, dependable home care and support services.

But people who need in-home care can struggle to retain caregivers because of high job turnover. Home care workers have trouble making ends meet, earning too-low wages and very few benefits.

That’s why Pennsylvania home care workers are joining together to form our own organization—a union. We want a stronger voice to advocate for better care for our consumers and better jobs for workers.

By forming a union with United Home Care Workers of Pennsylvania, caregivers will be able to participate in decisions that affect our work—and advocate for the best quality care for our consumers.
